Selected Work
Things I have built
A mix of products, standards, and systems. Each one was built to make a real decision easier for the person holding it.
Passport Standard
A public/private fingerprint standard for AI security portfolios. Verifiable evidence over claims, built to survive a governance review.
Athlete Assessment Engine
A 15-sport intake questionnaire that turns a family's answers into a personalized athlete report in minutes. Coaches see the truth, not the hype.
College Team Intel Library
Coaching guides, position benchmarks, and roster analysis across 50+ college programs. What each coach actually runs, decoded for the player.
Player Platform
Branded player apps with training plans, quizzes, and coach messaging. Every athlete gets a hub that travels with them.
College Position Playbooks
Position-specific playbooks that decode how programs actually play: style, position standard, and the training targets that move the needle.
Animation System
Pitch diagrams and player-movement animations that turn a playing system into something a whole club can see and repeat.
About
The short version
I grew up in Zimbabwe with a ball at my feet and an older sister who would not let me win anything. The game took me from youth football to the Ivy League, where I captained Dartmouth's 2012 soccer team, and later to a professional career.
Today I work as a recruiting strategist, scouting for US Soccer, and leading AI governance work that pairs real evidence with public standards. I built LearnWithLucky to put what I know about college recruiting into the hands of families who are going through it for the first time.
I am a strategist at Crimson Education, where I guide student-athletes through the recruiting process from first outreach to signing day.
